3. Purchases and Payments

Pricing

Prices are shown in GBP unless otherwise stated.

Any price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

Payment

Payments must be made through the payment methods provided at checkout.

By completing a purchase, you authorise us or our payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout.

Access

After purchase, access to the masterclass will be provided through your Full Scale Sound account.

You are responsible for ensuring that your device, browser, and internet connection are suitable for accessing video and written course content.

Digital Content and Immediate Access

By purchasing a masterclass, you request immediate access to digital content.

Where required by law, you acknowledge that once access to the digital content begins, you may lose your statutory right to cancel the purchase, except where the content is faulty or not as described.

Refunds — 14-Day Guarantee

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that you have not progressed beyond the first chapter of the masterclass content.

Progress is automatically tracked through the website.

Refund requests should be submitted via support@fullscalesound.com or the contact form.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the website, including videos, text, graphics, logos, course materials, guides, downloadable resources, and written lessons, is owned by Full Scale Sound or its content suppliers.

  • Content is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • When you purchase a masterclass, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the content for your own personal learning.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, record, download, redistribute, share, sell, publish, modify, or create derivative works from the content without written permission.

  • Screen recording, unauthorised downloading, redistribution, or sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited.

5. Use of Content

6. Mentorship / Professional Edition

  • Mentorship does not guarantee employment, paid work, clients, income, career progression, professional accreditation, or any specific result.

  • If you submit project files, video, audio, or other materials for feedback, you confirm that you have permission to share them and that they do not infringe the rights of any third party.

  • You grant Full Scale Sound permission to review submitted materials solely for the purpose of providing feedback, mentorship, or educational guidance.

  • Session booking, rescheduling, and availability may be subject to additional instructions provided after purchase.

  • If you cannot attend a booked session, you must give reasonable notice. Missed sessions or repeated rescheduling may result in the session being forfeited.

7. Third-Party Links and Platforms

  • The website may include links to third-party websites, tools, platforms, or services.

  • We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, availability, or practices.

  • Accessing third-party content is at your own risk.

  • Payments, hosting, video playback, email delivery, and account access may rely on third-party providers.

8. Disclaimers / No Guaranteed Results

  • The masterclasses, guides, mentorship sessions, and materials provided by Full Scale Sound are educational resources only.

  • Purchasing, watching, or completing a masterclass does not guarantee employment, paid work, clients, income, career progression, professional accreditation, or any specific professional result.

  • Your progress depends on your own experience, effort, practice, judgement, commitment, and application of the material.

  • We aim to provide high-quality educational content, but we do not guarantee that the website, platform, videos, or services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

  • The content is provided for educational purposes and should not be treated as professional, legal, financial, or career advice.

9. Limitation of Liability
