These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of www.fullscalesound.com and to any masterclasses, guides, digital materials, mentorship sessions, or related services provided by Full Scale Sound.

By using this website or purchasing from Full Scale Sound, you agree to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have reached the age of majority in your country, to purchase paid masterclasses or services from Full Scale Sound.
By using the website or making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Account Registration
Some content requires you to create an account.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering or making a purchase.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Please contact us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Access to masterclass content is personal to you and is not transferable to others.
3. Purchases and Payments
Prices are listed on the website and may be updated from time to time. Any changes will not affect purchases you have already completed.
All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed through the methods available at checkout. By completing a purchase, you authorise us or our payment provider to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown.
4. Digital Content and Immediate Access
Our masterclasses are digital products delivered through your Full Scale Sound account.
Access begins immediately after purchase.
By purchasing, you understand that you are buying digital content with immediate access. Once access begins, you may lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel. — except where the content is faulty, not as described, or not delivered properly.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, and it does not remove the refund policy offered by Full Scale Sound under Section 5.
5. Refund Policy
Full Scale Sound offers a 14-day satisfaction guarantee for masterclasses.
If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not progressed beyond the first chapter of the masterclass content.
Progress is tracked automatically through the platform.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@fullscalesound.com or through the contact form on the website. We aim to process approved refunds within 5–10 business days.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Mentorship and one-to-one sessions are subject to separate terms, as explained in Section 9.
6. Access to Masterclasses
After purchase, your masterclass will be available through your Full Scale Sound account.
You are responsible for ensuring your device, browser, and internet connection are suitable for accessing video, written, and digital content.
We aim to keep the platform and content reliably available. Where technical, security, or platform updates are needed, we will carry these out with minimal disruption. If we make any meaningful changes to course content, we will not reduce what you purchased.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the website and within the masterclasses — including videos, written lessons, guides, downloadable materials, audio examples, graphics, logos, and course structure — is owned by Full Scale Sound or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law.
When you purchase a masterclass, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the content for your own learning.
The content is not licensed for copying, redistribution, screen recording, resale, modification, or use in other courses, training products, or commercial contexts. If you have a specific use in mind, please get in touch.
8. Personal Use of Content
Masterclass content is for your own personal and professional development.
You are free to apply what you learn in your own creative, professional, or educational work. What you may not do is present Full Scale Sound material as your own work, resell or share access to it, or use it to create a competing course or training resource without written permission.
9. Mentorship and Professional Editions
Some products include one-to-one mentorship, project feedback, private sessions, or other direct educational support.
The price, duration, number of sessions, booking process, and included support for each mentorship product will be clearly stated on the relevant product or checkout page before purchase.
What mentorship is
Mentorship sessions are educational and advisory. They are designed to help you understand your own work more clearly, develop better decision-making, and apply the material more effectively to your practice.
Mentorship does not guarantee employment, paid work, clients, income, career progression, professional accreditation, or any specific outcome. Results depend on your own effort, experience, and application.
Submitting your work
If you share project files, audio, video, or other materials for feedback, you confirm that you have the right to share them and that they do not infringe third-party rights. Full Scale Sound will only use submitted materials for the purpose of providing feedback and educational guidance.
Sessions and scheduling
Session booking and availability will be confirmed after purchase. We will always aim to be flexible, but ask that you give reasonable notice if you need to reschedule.
If we ever need to cancel or reschedule a session on our end, we will contact you promptly and arrange an alternative.
Because mentorship involves reserved time and individual preparation, mentorship fees become non-refundable once the programme has started, except where required by law.
Repeated rescheduling or missed sessions without reasonable notice may result in that session being forfeited.
10. Educational Purpose
The masterclasses, guides, mentorship sessions, and materials provided by Full Scale Sound are educational resources.
They are designed to help you develop your understanding, judgement, and decision-making in audio post-production.
Your progress will depend on your own experience, effort, practice, and commitment to applying the material.
11. Third-Party Platforms and Links
The website may include links to third-party websites, tools, or services. We may also use third-party providers for payments, video hosting, email delivery, analytics, and platform functionality.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms.
12. Website Use
We ask that you use the website and platform lawfully and in good faith.
If we reasonably believe an account is being misused or accessed in breach of these Terms, we may suspend or restrict access while we look into it.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Full Scale Sound is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, masterclasses, digital content, or services.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
Where Full Scale Sound is found liable for any loss or damage, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service, unless the law requires otherwise.

By using the website, creating an account, or making a purchase, you acknowledge that your information may be processed for account access, payment processing, customer support, email delivery, and service administration.

The latest version will always be available on the website with the "Last updated"date.
Changes take effect from the date they are posted. We will not remove access to masterclasses you have already purchased, unless required for legal, security, or technical reasons.
Continuing to use the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Termination of Access
If these Terms are seriously or repeatedly breached — for example, by sharing account access, redistributing content, or misusing the platform — we may suspend or terminate access to the relevant content.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the laws of the country where you live. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
