ONE TO ONE — SIX WEEKS
Mentorship that is built around you
A focused six-week mentorship for those serious about developing their craft in audio post-production. With direct, personalised guidance. Not a curriculum. A process shaped entirely around where you are and where you want to be.
THE STRUCTURE
Six weeks.
Direct guidance.
Your work.
We begin by understanding where you are — your background, your projects, your goals. Everything that follows is built around that conversation.
Each week combines focused theory, practical application, and real project work. You bring your sessions, your edits, your questions. We work through them together.
01
Discovery session
Understanding your background, your work, and what you want to develop. This shapes everything that follows.
02 — 05
Weekly one-to-one sessions
Theory, practice, and direct feedback on your work. Each session built around your specific projects and goals.
06
Review and direction
Where you've come and where to go next. A clear picture of your development and the path forward.
—
Practical homework
Between sessions, focused tasks applied to your own projects. The work happens in your sessions, not in ours.
THIS IS FOR
The sound designer building a foundation
You want to build strong fundamentals, critical thinking, and a professional approach from the ground up — before default workflows become fixed.
The mixer who wants to think more narratively
Your technique is solid. What you're looking for is a framework for making decisions that serve the story, not just the session.
Those ready to go deeper
You've learned the tools. Now you want the thinking behind them — the judgment that separates technical competence from genuine craft.
Less noise.
More clarity.
Less tricks.
More craft.
THE TRANSFORMATION
This isn't career acceleration. It's professional development.
The kind that changes how you listen, think, and make decisions long after the mentorship ends.
I've been working in sound since I was sixteen, starting out making coffees and polishing faders.
Over the years that journey has taken me from recording orchestras and dialogue on set to editing and mixing in post-production. It eventually led to a Master's in Sound and Post-Production, and a career working with filmmakers and brands from around the world.
Despite all that, I still find myself fascinated by the craft and passionate about sharing what I've learned.
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from the masterclasses?
The masterclasses are self-paced and built around a specific subject. The mentorship is built around you — your projects, your goals, your gaps. There is no fixed curriculum. Every session is shaped by where you are and what you need to develop.
What level of experience do I need?
There is no minimum level of experience. What matters is that you're serious about developing your craft. Some students arrive with years of experience. Others are building their foundation. The process remains the same: identify where you are, define where you want to go, and build the skills, judgment, and habits required to get there. The mentorship has worked for people early in their careers and for experienced professionals looking to refine how they think and work.
What does a typical week look like?
We meet once a week for a focused one-to-one session — usually two hours. Between sessions you work on practical tasks applied to your own projects. The work happens in your sessions, not in ours (practice material is provided if needed).
What can we work on together?
Every mentorship is different. Common areas include dialogue editing, sound design, mixing, workflow, critical listening, project feedback, career development, and developing a stronger narrative approach to sound. The focus is always on the areas that will have the greatest impact on your work. If you're unsure whether your goals are a good fit, the initial conversation will help clarify that.
How do I apply?
Join the waitlist and I'll be in touch directly. Before any place is offered, we'll have a conversation to understand where you are, what you're working on, and whether the mentorship is the right fit.
